ONEHUB Secure Communication Login

FullGuide OneHub User Instructions

  1. Go to https://ws.onehub.com/signin and enter email address and your password to sign in.

  2. You should arrive in your account. If not, the link to you account should be visible. Click on your link.

  3. Once in your account, you should see 5 tabs: Dashboard, Files, Tasks, Messages and Activity.

    1. Click on Dashboard to show recent activity

    2. Click on Files to upload, create or download files.

    3. Click on Tasks to see if any tasks have been assigned to you. You will see an Inbox and an  Outbox in this window.

    4. Click on Messages to see your messages.

    5. Click on Activity to see all account activity in listed form.

Important Notes

OneHub is a secure platform designed to manage confidential documents and information. All communication regarding a case between you and FullGuide should occur within Onehub, rather than your personal or business email. Tasks will be assigned to you when needed; for example, when a case design is created, a document showing the surgical plan and all relevant information will be uploaded to Onehub in your account. You will be notified to review this report and indicate either your approval and/or comments. Once you have approved the case design by indicating so within Onehub, the surgical guide will be designed and uploaded to your account as an STL format file. You will then have the option of either printing this guide yourself (which may require you to have in stock the appropriate metal sleeves if your implant system uses them) or to sending it to a lab of your choice to fabricate the lab of your choice.

It is important to remember that Onehub will send an email notification to you when your attention is needed within Onehub. Even so, it’s a good idea to plan to check into Onehub on a regular basis to stay on top of what’s happening.

Onehub is a powerful program and like all such things, there is a learning curve. Even so, we believe the high degree of user friendliness will shorten this curve immensely and you will quickly become comfortable using it and depending on it.
