1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fullguide DBS website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services or access the website.

2. Nature of Services

Fullguide DBS provides digital treatment planning services for dental implant cases and delivers finalized guide design files to the treating dentist. Fullguide DBS does not fabricate or ship physical surgical guides. Upon approval, clients may print the final guide in their own clinic or request that we forward the finalized data to a preferred dental lab for local fabrication.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to licensed dental professionals or authorized clinical staff operating under a licensed dental provider. By using our platform, you represent that you are authorized to upload case data and approve treatment plans.

4. Clinical Responsibility

Fullguide DBS provides a digital service only and does not participate in the physical manufacture of any clinical devices. The treating provider is fully responsible for ensuring the appropriateness of the treatment plan, verifying fit and accuracy of any printed guide, and complying with all applicable clinical and regulatory requirements.

5. HIPAA & Patient Data

You agree to comply with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws when submitting patient information. You confirm that appropriate written patient consent has been obtained prior to uploading any protected health information (PHI).

6. Guide Data, Approval, and Use

Once a case is reviewed and finalized, Fullguide DBS will transmit the digital guide design files (e.g., STL format) to the client. It is the sole responsibility of the treating provider to ensure the files are printed correctly, verified for fit, and sterilized prior to use. Fullguide DBS does not accept liability for errors in third-party printing or post-processing.

7. Refunds and Case Revisions

Due to the custom nature of treatment planning services, fees are non-refundable once a case enters the design phase. Minor revisions are considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients must verify fit using a printed try-in before proceeding with surgery.

8. Membership Plans

Fullguide DBS offers tiered membership plans with defined service levels and surgeon access. Memberships are billed in six-month contract intervals. Changes require 30 days’ written notice. Fullguide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or nonpayment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, files, treatment plans, and associated materials developed by Fullguide DBS remain the intellectual property of Fullguide DBS unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the finalized files for their own clinical purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fullguide DBS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services or transmitted design files. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific planning service in question.

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fullguide DBS and its affiliates against claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the clinical use of files we deliver, including complications related to third-party printing, clinical application, or provider error.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

13. Modifications

Fullguide DBS reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective upon publication.
